Realita n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov, \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch trat\u00ed a jejich okol\u00ed spoluvytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed na prvn\u00ed pohled z\u0159eteln\u00e9 mantinely z\u00e1kladu konceptu leto\u0161n\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku Festivalu m3 <\/sup>\u2013 Um\u011bn\u00ed v prostoru. V jejich bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm sousedstv\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b vyvst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdznamov\u00e9 roviny \u2013 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed, politicko-estetick\u00e1, architektonick\u00e1, historick\u00e1, urbanistick\u00e1, ekologick\u00e1.<\/p> Asi se shodneme na obecn\u00e9m tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee prost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed charakterizuje sv\u00e9bytn\u00e1 poetika. Emocion\u00e1ln\u00edmu zabarven\u00ed zvolen\u00fdch v\u00fdraz\u016f rozum\u00edme a hned se n\u00e1m vybav\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed drobn\u00e1, naddimenzovan\u00e1, p\u0159ekladov\u00e1, necitliv\u011b zmodernizovan\u00e1, opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1, zarostl\u00e1, uzav\u0159en\u00e1, ch\u00e1traj\u00edc\u00ed. Za viditeln\u00fdmi znaky se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed ty skryt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, v rovin\u00e1ch poukazuj\u00edc\u00edch mnohdy na problematick\u00e9 procesy.<\/p> Ch\u00e1traj\u00edc\u00ed ruiny n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov se mohou t\u00fdkat nevy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fdch majetkov\u00fdch pr\u00e1v. Bez\u017eivotn\u00e1 \u00fahlednost koleji\u0161\u0165 v sob\u011b skr\u00fdv\u00e1 opakovan\u00e1 plo\u0161n\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jedovat\u00fdch herbicid\u016f. V okol\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a koleji\u0161\u0165 se tak\u00e9 setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s \u010detn\u00fdm v\u00fdskytem nekontrolovan\u00fdch z\u00f3n, tzv. \u201enov\u00e9 divo\u010diny\u201c (Ji\u0159\u00ed S\u00e1dlo), s neur\u010ditelnou identitou \u201epr\u00e1zdn\u00fdch prostor\u016f\u201c (Michal Ajvaz), \u201ev\u00e1gn\u00edch ter\u00e9n\u016f\u201c (Radan Haluz\u00edk), kter\u00e9 ale m\u016f\u017ee charakterizovat v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b pestr\u00e9 zastoupen\u00ed rostlinn\u00fdch druh\u016f. Vztah m\u011bsta a investor\u016f p\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto svobodn\u00fdch\/p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch z\u00f3n m\u00e1 \u010dasto problematick\u00fd charakter vzhledem k nov\u011b se vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed nezastupiteln\u00e9 funkci \u201enov\u00e9 divo\u010diny\u201c a nutnosti vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed zelen\u00fdch ploch ve m\u011bst\u011b.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 \u00fazem\u00ed v okol\u00ed slep\u00fdch vlakov\u00fdch trat\u00ed n\u00e1m ukazuj\u00ed, jak si pomalu p\u0159\u00edroda bere sv\u016fj prostor zp\u011bt. Specifick\u00e1 poezie prost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed i j\u00edzdy vlakem s sebou nesou za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u201ejin\u00e9ho\u201c prostoru a \u010dasu, specifick\u00fdch zvuk\u016f. Line\u00e1rn\u00ed povaha \u017eeleznic prostupuj\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bstem, chv\u00edlemi zneviditeln\u011bn\u00fdch tunelov\u00fdm projezdem, p\u0159irozen\u011b propojuje centrum a periferii. Poskytuje mo\u017enost ocitnout se mezi prostory a mezi \u010dasy, mezi meziprostory. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed modernizace n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov mohou p\u0159in\u00e9st i velmi tristn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. N\u011bkter\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy dlouho \u010dekaj\u00ed na inteligentn\u00ed konverzi, na nov\u00fd smyslupln\u00fd \u017eivot. T\u00e9matem je nap\u0159\u00edklad i ot\u00e1zka, zda ekonomi\u010dnost \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy je pravda \u010di m\u00fdtus. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed je t\u00e9ma zakomponov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy do struktury MHD, s mo\u017enost\u00ed odleh\u010dit dopravn\u011b p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9mu centru a sou\u010dasn\u011b pos\u00edlit spoje do izolovan\u00fdch suburbi\u00ed.<\/p> \u010casoprostor n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed m\u00e1me spojen\u00fd s o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm d\u011bn\u00ed dle p\u0159edepsan\u00e9ho \u0159\u00e1du. Registrujeme, jak je okol\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch trat\u00ed kroceno \u2013 vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed ploty, p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u011btve jsou okam\u017eit\u011b u\u0165aty, plochy \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00e9\u201c p\u0159ehlednosti jsou roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1ny. Jako by si s\u00e1m tento prostor \u0159\u00edkal o vstup ne\u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 kreativity.
